1. How can I get to Casa Naia?
You can easily fly directly from Mexico City to either Puerto Escondido Airport or Huatulco Airport. Consider checking flight availability with local airlines like Vivaaerobus and Volaris. Upon your arrival, we can arrange for a chauffeur to greet you at the airport and escort you to Casa Naia. The journey from Puerto Escondido Airport is roughly 20 minutes, while from Huatulco Airport, it's about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
2. Is the food included in my booking?
Meals are not part of the rental cost. However, our chef will typically have a meal ready for your arrival. Afterward, you can collaborate with the chef to plan your meals for the duration of your stay. The chef will handle all grocery shopping and present you with the receipts for transparency. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, please inform us ahead of time. And if you're in the mood to explore local cuisine in Puerto Escondido, you're more than welcome!
3. Does Casa Naia have air conditioning?
Only one bedroom, equipped with two queen-sized beds, has air conditioning. The other rooms and areas of the house do not. However, each room is fitted with a ceiling fan. Given our proximity to the beach, the refreshing ocean breeze ensures a comfortable ambiance throughout the house.
4. Will I be sharing Casa Naia with other guests?
Absolutely not! When you book Casa Naia, you and your group will have exclusive access to the property.
5. What's the recommended tip for the staff?
Our dedicated staff ensures your stay is memorable, and we encourage you to show your appreciation with a tip. A general recommendation is $1000 pesos for each day of your stay. All gratuities directly benefit our hardworking team.

Simply fantastic, marvelous, a dream house with the advantage of the attentive staff who make everything easier, and Chef Omar, who cooks deliciously, offering options for everyone and being a very good and economical choice, depending on what you want to eat. We ended our stay with a night of pizzas in the wood-fired oven. Very clean, spacious, there are no words to describe how well we enjoyed ourselves.

Highly recommendable. The house is incredibly pleasant, right on the beach, everything very well, except for the water, which has a slight sulfurous smell characteristic of mangroves. However, the food is delicious, and Chef Omar and his staff are super friendly, warm, and kind. The owners are very attentive and respond quickly. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for a house where you don't have to do anything at all - breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus more cleaning and friendliness - this is the option! I loved EVERYTHING!! A secluded beach, delicious food, and they even made us delicious tlayudas. One of the best choices!
